Peter Jeffers, Alchemiste Founder is the Owner and Director of Alchemiste and works with businesses to identify and realise their new opportunities using a business optimisation methodology.

Using his 30 years+ business management & C-Suite experience, Peter ‘s areas of speciality are sales, marketing, training, finance, operations at both a strategic and tactical level.

Peter has also started, developed, and successfully managed his own medium sized retail business, and understands and appreciates the needs of business from SME through to corporate.

Peter’s main strength and what sets him apart from the mainstream business consultancy industry is his ability to work with a business, redefine it and align it with new opportunities using his experience, team, existing resource, and portfolio.

His career has seen numerous examples of delivering this across the retail, pharmaceutical, medical device, optical, hospital & dental industries.

Peter has successfully completed his Business Studies Degree and MBA, specialising in marketing in both.
